Great schedule, great benefits package

It pays very low and raises are slow going. Difficult to get promoted due to union bureaucracy

Very poor communication from upper management to middle management. You have to constantly ask what you can do to help, and will get no feedback on your work regardless of how well it is done. No performance reviews either, despite both you and your manager getting reminder emails. You’ll get told that taking time off is ok, only for it to be held against you later. Employee turnover is also concerningly high, lots of staff there who have only been with the company for less than 3 years.

Benefits, but they aren’t the best. Compass offers the best benefits package. Only work here if you don’t have any other options

Sodexo is 5 years behind current trends. Does not value the dietitian at all. The senior leadership lacks strategy and only sees cutting jobs, banning travel and hiring freeze as levers to manage the business.
