- Extremely high burn out rate. Leaders tell us to stick to 40-hours / week, but do nothing to prevent our workloads from exceeding this - Low morale and motivation. - Political performance rating system. Company is limiting how many people can get the highest rating to control costs. If you're not the VP's favorite you'll get the mid-tier rating. No accountability. Lazy employees who suck up and socialize instead of doing work get rewarded the most. - Limited career opportunities. See comment above.

Employee to employee collaboration and recognition is great and for that reason I have thoroughly enjoyed my workplace. Health benefits, since they are an absolute necessity in the US , are good and above average of what other employers offer. 9.3% retirement match is also well above average. I believe the CEO cares deeply for the company, however, some sizable mistakes are being made.

Career mobility has become incredibly stagnant and is apparent the only way to advance is to threaten leaving the team or company. As a consistently recognized high-performing employee of greater than 5 and less than 10 years, I remain in the same role in which I joined the company where market value has vastly outpaced compensation. The CEO's initial goal of hiring growing to 100k employees post-pandenic has been backtracked after realizing it is not sustainable. Additionally, very unpopular revisions to the flexible workplace are causing a stir and speculation is that attrition is at play since the company has a long standing of never having a layoff. I expect it may work if that is the case
