      Good Company, Bad Management

      Senior team member field scheduler
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Pay and Benefits, you know what you're getting working for this corporate giant

      Cons

ZERO work life balance, poor management. Everything is questioned by management and they're constantly watching for MISTAKES, not things to praise. No clear divide in duties across all positions in warehouse. Was doing a job 2 positions above mine in pay-scale for 2 years before getting the promotion.

Middle Management Lacks People Skills and Fairness

      Marketing
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

CEO, pay, benefits, high performers, culture.

      Cons

The company has potential, but middle management lacks the people skills and leadership needed to help employees grow. Career advancement feels inconsistent and heavily dependent on favoritism, with certain teams receiving frequent promotions while others are overlooked. Although there is a job profile structure in place, it isn’t followed consistently. Experience and knowledge often take a backseat to younger, more zealous employees, which creates frustration for those who have been loyal and proven their value

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great pay, benefits, and many nice incentives. Opportunities for advancement for those who can demonstrate reliability and resourcefulness.

      Cons

Management and communication issues often led long downtimes and contributed to the general whirlwind of chaos that could often crop up at work.
