      Good support, motivated and enthusiastic team. It's a fascinating job and you're "in the trenches" every day.

      Cons

      Hours worked are wildly erratic. Sometimes its 14 hours standing in the hospital and sometimes work from home. There is a lot of responsibility placed on you which can be stressful.

      Management doesn’t care about you. Other onsites not in your shift complain all the time. Unrealistic expectations. No home life.

      They continue to split territories Uncapped $ is true, but once you get to large, expect the territory to be split The cost cuts were starting to be noticed by sales - NASM is dreaded not looked forward to, no mid year meeting, no team events, expenses are gone. All commissions, no expenses, no salary, no computer, nada.
