I would like to raise this concern to the people whose InCharge. Part of our benefits is the additional 1 HMO for our dependents and our HMO process needs to change and be more accountable in providing the benefits of every employee who are confirmed employees (6 months tenurity) Intellicare doesn't advise new employees how, where and who to reach out to update any form or process to enroll their dependents for the +1 HMO benefits of each Sutherland confirmed employees. This is very important to us, safety for our dependents and assurance that they have back up HMO for emergencies. I hope our beloved CEO get this message. Thank you

Timely salary, comparatively less politics due to small team sizes

Location, no perks and benefits, no team building activities, no quarterly lunch/dinner, biased approach towards selected people which is inculcated from the top management, recruit and staff low standard PPL on projects despite the projects are demanding and require high calibre PPL, no printer access, no gifts in Diwali, don't provide stationery eg pads pens which is required to make notes from meetings

Completely worse management and and redundant account manager and Business Director who have created a toxic work environment wherein only the associates who support the managers be it what they do is against the policies of the company enjoy better annual appraisal, salary hike and promotions and other benefits like anytime login and log out irrespective of the shift timings scheduled. The best part is that they're still concerned about losing the 'BEST PLACE TO WORK' awards after all these things and the management acts blindfolded even after complaining about it more than a few times.

No Pros to discuss. Alot of Cons to talk about.

My batch was hired on February, with many benefits promised by Talent Acquisition. Upon joining, the work/life balance was found to be basically non-existent. Peers are disgruntled and have made it known, but no action was taken. We had just been informed that the project is ramping down less than 2 months after joining. This was already made known to higher management, and we were basically hired as scapegoats. HR has informed that no redeployment would be available, and are not willing to discuss other options. Tone-deaf 1-1 session where they informed us that locals would easily be able to find other opportunities. Many offers were turned down due to what was promised by this firm with regards to benefits and job stability, only to be told we are basically on our own, finding another opportunity.

I worked here for nearly a decade across multiple teams and was promised the world regarding promotions or increased responsibilities that never materialized only to be shuffled to a new team where I started to get the same spiel before it too was shuttered.

My experience has been largely disappointing due to inadequate benefits and a disorganized management structure. While there are some positive aspects, the cons significantly outweigh them.

Good pay rate and social benefits

They change schedules a lot and the next day you find that you have a midnight shift surprisingly, no phones allowed on premises which is very annoying, you lose your personal life in a lot of ways working there. Even breaks were absurd! 1 hour split on 3 slots and you are forced for them. You cant even reach toilet without break. Managers literally put in situations and leave you sink.
