    Pros

    You get what you put into the job. So if you are someone just looking for a job, they do have those, but the more effort you put in the better opportunities there were. At least in my case.

    Cons

    Some programs are turnover machines and some don't realize the amount of work that is required.

    Human resources actually cared for my situation.

    No stability. Changed programs several times. Hourly pay changed several times.
