I have been working at Sutherland full-time

    Pros

Lots of good coworkers to meet. They reward the employees for doing well and show recognition.

    Cons

Never expect your schedule to be the same. Changes every 2 weeks and they will sometimes give you only 2 day notice. Some Team leaders are very lazy. They give benefits but they are too expensive for what they pay.

    Advice to Management

Do not be lazy when it comes to assisting your team and motivating them. Choose more quality team leaders

I loved that even if I couldn't handle a certain job type, they had lots of things available to choose from

    Cons

Sadly some assignments do not let you keep the requested schedule to help out as a single parent, but there are so many choices that you just keep applying and you'll find one.
