    Pros

Depending on the program and your willingness to learn there are many opportunities to build your technical skillset working here.

    Cons

There is a pretty pervasive sense of instability throughout many programs. Due to poor communication many are left unsure of their own job security. Because of this it can often be a stressful place to work.

I have been working at Sutherland full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of overtime opportunities, lax with tardiness or absences, casual dress code, "potential" to earn decent commission.

    Cons

Metrics are controlled by AT&T and unrealistic to hit (coming from a top sales agent with 10 years of experience). If you do your job correctly and ethically it's quite literally random if you'll hit your primary disconnect metric, if you don't hit the metric you lose your entire bonus, it's all or nothing. Not a job I'd recommend to a serious sales agent. They hire anyone off the street (literally) and fire approximately 50 people per month and AT&T seems to be OK with this. If you're desperate for a job between jobs, they'll hire you on the spot, but keep looking for another job and don't stick around.

    Advice to Management

You need to pay a higher base salary to attract a higher quality employee, and you need to have a dialogue with AT&T about consistently attainable metrics to reward employees for their hard work. The reason there is such a high rate of ethical issues is because nobody is being paid for their work and they count on that money.

Someone needs to do something about the D/100 metric and the base pay or you'll continue to have the mess you currently have.

    Cons

    No career growth

Internal recruiting for career growth and planning are non-existent or not offered
Emphasis needs to be on customer satisfaction and solving the problem, not on call volume and talk time.
