    Pros

    In Summerlin, near good food, meet new interesting people.

    Cons

    Schedules, favoritism, no room for growth as much as they swear there is, feels like a prison, they pretty much hire just about anyone.

    Advice to Management

    Be with your teams and actually help them, instead of all congregating to a meeting room to talk about your personal lives and what you all will be getting for lunch.

      I worked at Sutherland full-time (Less than a year)

      Pros

      The company was overall a good company and the supervisors were great. The call center was pretty comfortable and the co-workers were very helpful and polite. They allow you to get a lot of overtime when the call volume gets high.

      Cons

      They don't tell you when they hire you that you have to learn 16 different systems, the pay should be higher.

      Most positions are Remote (Work from Home) Company does a good job taking the time to train new hires Full-time positions include decent medical coverage Hours are generally easily obtainable Team-based environment - Management is very active

      Cons

      Opportunity for advancement is not as advertised as no "new" advancement can be made until the previous occupant leaves the position. Pay is "ehh" and about what you'd expect from a call center farm Promotional goal "bonuses" were often paid in Amazon Gift Cards

      Strive to be more transparent. As a former member of the Xbox program, our team could read between the lines that the program was ending. Team managers were leaving and not being replaced for upwards of a year, overall hiring was slowed and stopped 8 months prior and program trainers were moved to other programs. Yet through all this, and when asked directly in meetings, the answer was always "we're doing great, no...
