How is management perceived at TD?

Almost no expectations, very little work, low stress, stable business outlook

Zero career growth, no corporate/networking events, incapable/out of touch management, salary is far below market rate(see TD net income, Bharat Masrani salary, etc), passive aggressive people, nepotism from managers in hiring, working in silos, insane bureaucracy, difficult communication across teams, dirty&crowded offices

TD has a great work culture, supportive managers and great place to grow

Was on the Cowen side before it was acquired by TD. Cowen had great culture and a management team that is supportive of junior staff and internal promotion
