      Why do TD employees quit?

Things were good until I took parental leave

      Pros

I was able to work my way up over time, but the expectation of overtime due to understaffing was constant.

      Cons

Restructuring is constant. The carousel of executives each come in and shuffle the deck so they can say they accomplished something, then promptly leave for the next bonus. There is no real long term plan or continuity. My parental leave unfortunately ended up being directly after one of the above mentioned restructures. The executive team in my division began changing my working conditions promptly upon my return (in many cases contrary to the central HR policies), cut my annual raise and bonus without any indicated performance concerns, and ultimately terminated my employment when I didn't leave voluntarily.
