I would like to share my feedback about Aayushi Karlekar from the HR team. She has been very supportive and professional throughout my journey with TEKsystems. From the onboarding process to regular monthly check-ins, she always ensured everything was going smoothly while I was working at the client location, which showed genuine care and professionalism. Her proactive approach and friendly communication made it easy to address any concerns or queries on time. I really appreciate the way TEKsystems takes care of its employees, especially those working on client projects. The company has a positive work culture and provides great opportunities to learn and grow.

TEKsystems provides excellent training opportunities for new employees, which helped me quickly get up to speed in my role. The company culture is supportive, and there's a strong sense of teamwork among colleagues. The compensation package is competitive, and there are opportunities for career advancement. The management team is approachable and receptive to feedback. Additionally, the company has a wide network of clients, which offers exposure to diverse projects.

One drawback is that the workload can be demanding at times, which may require flexibility and adaptability from employees. The onboarding process could be more streamlined to ensure new hires have all the resources they need from the start. Communication between different teams could also be improved to facilitate smoother project execution. Additionally, the company could offer more comprehensive benefits packages to employees. Lastly, there's room for improvement in terms of work-life balance.
