Salary is a little low but not bad for entry level

They have a lot of benefits, facilities and perks that are good for employees, especially those who are first-timers to the BPO industry. Even as a tenured BPO employee like me, I was surprised at how much benefits, they offer and how much accessible their recreation facilities are that help a lot with destressing. They are also very health conscious and inclusive to both race and gender identities. They also provide so much growth opportunity which feels rewarding and motivating to perform with

The only con is that they don't buy experience. Whether you have tenurity in the industry from other companies, you basically start at the same level as everyone else and get paid the same.

Task us has an inclusive culture with good benefits (free meals, healthcare retirement program), growth opportunities, and innovation making it great for experience.

The salary, benefits and perks of the company is good. Leaders are great communicators. Leads the industry in work set up options.

HMO cannot compete with well known BPO companies. Structure of support roles is different than your common BPO industries and can be seen lacking (No specific WFM team per LOB).

Deliveroo was a great startup account last year I was hired. But now seeing everyone leaving and the higher ups and process became different. I can see a lot of people doesnt stay that long due to the process becoming overwhelming for a new hire and teammate along. Every day new changes are being implemented without proper and prior communication with the temmates and team leads etc. I was dissapointed to see this has happenned to Deliveroo. Its no longer a newbie account. It is stressful, call-outs are easily monitored and sanctioned with NTE rather than coaching. Other teammates are not even lasting months or reach their regularization. This is so disappointing.

TaskUs offers really good benefits, has a lot of amenities that everyone can enjoy and gives equal and top tier treatment for every employee.

Downside in working at TaskUs would be the struggle in finding an available locker
