Good pay, benefits, and time-off

I have nothing to complain about.

Extremely flexible, fast-paced, always busy, guaranteed hours if you want them

Unorganized management, some favoritism, guests are always right/won't be asked to leave if disrespectful to staff, long hours, no auto-grat for large parties so getting stiffed on bills of $200+ is very common, no benefits for part-time

I loved the flexibility this job had to offer. At least at my location, co-workers were always willing to cover shifts and there was always available shifts to be covered. Pay was great, my management was relaxed but made sure things were ran correctly

It is hard to get full-time hours with slight overstaffing. Also having to work 6 days a week to get to 40 hours. No overtime allowed and no employee benefits
