Mission: Legendary Food. Legendary Service.
I have been working at Texas Roadhouse full-time (More than 5 years)
Flexible schedule, opportunities for overtime, it was fun sometimes, good money while putting myself through school
It was a restaurant, low flexibility on holidays, smelled like barbecue sauce and sweat for 5 years, I can’t even look at a crouton without feeling sick
Advice to Management
Keep Andy’s Outreach going. I’ve never seen another program like it and it is fantastic.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Texas Roadhouse (Miami, FL) in November 2014.
alot of pestering questions on whether or not I was competent enough for the position. Plus questions on my background and me as person. Went through three different employees they all asked basically the same questions just worded differently. One of the easier interviews I've had but didn't like the pestering too much
