there's contests sometimes to work harder, the managers are decently nice, very flexible with scheduling, they give you the days that you request off.

rude customers, there are better paying jobs, doesn't matter how hard you work, except for the contest that they do once in a while, but its not any pay compensation its gifts or prizes there are no raises and no way to get compensated for working harder, other than getting scheduling preferences over other employees.

Great starting pay and guarantee on your hours with much opportunity for overtime. Staff are all very friendly and training is smooth and quick.

If you show you are a good worker your flexibility immediately drops and management will make promotions and raises harder to obtain unless you bend to managements will all the time, constantly come in on our days off, and work 50+ hours a week "Voluntarily". Most of the good employees there do work with these harsh condition and compensate by smoking weed outside on breaks. It's a good job if you're willing to sell your soul to them because god forbid you take time off.

You only get three table sections and sometimes you’ll get a two top, a four top and another two top. I have doubled before and only made $140 in tips for the whole day, not worth it. They can have up to 20 servers on at a time. A lot of cut work and tipping out! Sometimes you’ll end up tipping out $30-40 a night you have to tip bartender, server assistance, people who roll silverware,, and food runners. They are constantly hiring people and they can’t keep staff because the pay is not worth it.
