The glorious days are gone, but its still better than many more companies out there
Pros
Supportive Colleagues: I’ve been inspired by many of my colleagues and have never felt belittled by anyone. Attractive Benefits: The company offers several perks, including free meals, Pluxee for tax savings, and carpool options. Excellent Work-Life Balance: Maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life is very achievable here. Transparent Communication: The open communication culture stands out—you can challenge your team lead or voice your thoughts even at India-level town halls, which is quite rare in other companies. Opportunities for Growth: If you’re clear about your goals, the organization supports you in achieving them. My personal growth has been remarkable, advancing from a graduate to a senior developer in under 3 years. Self-Driven Culture: Success here depends on your initiative and accountability. There’s no spoon-feeding, but if you’re self-motivated, you’ll thrive.
Cons
One significant drawback is the compensation. Internal parity has diminished, and the company seems to lack efforts to retain top talent. Unfortunately, many bright minds have already left. The pay is no longer competitive, making it challenging to attract the best talent. This undermines what was once the company's unique selling point—its people and culture.
