One significant drawback is the compensation. Internal parity has diminished, and the company seems to lack efforts to retain top talent. Unfortunately, many bright minds have already left. The pay is no longer competitive, making it challenging to attract the best talent. This undermines what was once the company's unique selling point—its people and culture.

Promotions and salary increments have been on hold for over two years, which has left many employees feeling demotivated and undervalued. In the last couple of years, the company has conducted layoffs impacting approximately 15% of the workforce in two separate waves. Despite these reductions, new hires were brought in just a few weeks later. This approach has created a sense of insecurity and uncertainty among existing employees, who feel that the company lacks a coherent long-term staffing strategy. Management tends to be Overbearing and resistant to employee feedback, which discourages employees from voicing concerns or suggesting improvements. This top-down style limits employee autonomy and creativity, making it difficult to feel engaged or valued. There is little emphasis on professional growth or development. Employees are not provided with career paths to advance within the company. This lack of growth potential often leads employees to seek better prospects elsewhere. The company appears to operate without a clear, forward-looking strategy. Decision-making often seems reactionary rather than proactive, and there is little focus on long-term goals. This absence of direction raises concerns about the company’s sustainability and future success.

There were many positives like hybrid model, lot of benefits, although claiming benefit is a tedious process. Some people are inclusive minded but no in depth understanding anymore

It's an incredible place to work. You're respected, and the environment is filled with diverse people with diverse opinions. The challenges are diverse, and that's a plus. The company encourages cloud certifications and personal/professional development.

The company don't pay more about the food benefits than there are stablished by the sindicate. The compensation is good but not so compatible with other places in the same tier.
