Pros
- Great people to work with - Great software development practices (clean code, TDD, CI/CD, agile, pair programming) - Generally relaxed and supportive culture - A range of experiences at different sorts of clients and with different tech-stacks - Good benefits (e.g., generous education budget, wellness allowance)
Cons
- Multiple rounds of lay-offs recently means there is a lack of job security and a diminished company culture (though it's still good) - Projects can be great, but they can also be stressful and chaotic depending on the client and SOW. There seems to be little choice these days for developers regarding which projects they are placed on - Pay is not great
