What is the hiring process like at Tommy Hilfiger?

they have a great office, the pay was decent, and there are some really cool people working at the brand

toxic work culture, lack of structure and internal process created unnecessary chaos across many projects, management was overworked and took their stress out on the team

Managers say one thing and mean another. As a new hire i put time off for an exam I had, and when i was put on schedule during that time i told them i couldnt make it. I had already discussed this with a general manager who said it was fine and to not worry until i got a termination email a day later without warning.

Very supportive team. The best thing about Tommy was my coworkers. I could not have asked for a better group of people to work with and learn from. Also really good benefits for the industry, though I think they got worse for new hires during my time there.

Upper management often felt reactive, though unfortunately, I doubt it's much better elsewhere. I think that the retail industry overall has had some difficult years due to macro conditions outside anyone in the industry's/company's control.
