Great coworkers, fun environment, good benefits, some flexibility with scheduling
Cons
I was never denied a day off if I asked 2 weeks in advance. It was hard to take time off last minute because most of the employees are full time, so there weren't many people who could cover a shift without going into overtime. When I worked there, the pay was much lower, but they have since adjusted the policy for raises. Seems like fairer pay now. They are not as open to feedback as they say they are.
Opportunity for advancement, bonus, great health insurance and other benefits, raises every 6 months if eligible, freedom to voice opinions, great people.
Cons
I wish there were more opportunities available in corporate.
Becoming too corporation-like. Doesn’t raise wages when hiring wage increases so long time employees are stuck making less then people who have just started.
