The company is not going through a good moment, there is no integration between employees from both companies, the employees from the acquired company receive better salaries and benefits, and the good employees are leaving.

The company offers a great deal of benefits and the work culture is good.

Not a lot of growth.

As of now, I haven’t found any significant issues working at UBS. The company has been very supportive, and the benefits and work culture have exceeded my expectations. Of course, no organization is perfect, and challenges may arise over time, but so far, my experience has been very positive.

The entire WAC is awful. Technology is either trash or non existent and you are doing something manual you never thought you would be in 2026. Low pay, overly micro managed call center that gaslights you into believing they are busy because you didnt take that extra phone call.
