What are perks and other benefits like at UPMC?

Good pay, benefits, work environment, employee engagement and work /life balance

Honestly, I don't have a bad thing to say. I've only had good experiences at UPMC. My only complaint is that the cafeteria food is not vegetarian or ethnic food friendly. It's just basic options.

Good benefits and schedule for family

Early mornings weren’t for me

Schedule flexibility, hourly rate is reasonable, benefits are good

Upper Management as a whole is out of touch, Nurses and PCTs are often understaffed. Staff morale fluctuates wildly.
