management is an issue, complicated application process

      Seasonal Driver Helper Review

      Seasonal driver helper
      Former employee
      Rochester, NY
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

If application process is initiated by current employee then there is no interview process. Paid on time through direct depositing with no issues

      Cons

Although you're required to be available everyday during the peak season, seasonal helpers are never given a full days worth of work (8 hrs) Some days was only given 3 hours of work with little heads up Communication is poor or bad. Sometimes not given how many scheduled hours for the day. Unable to become full time employee from seasonal position, you are required to reapply in a few months for available positions.

Hard yet simple job - Not bad

      Part time package handler
      Former employee
      Ypsilanti, MI
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

-Simple on boarding. I really didn't even have to interview. I just submitted my application and then got invited to onboarding shortly after at the warehouse. It was very simple and straightforward which I liked. -Very physical job, my forearms were jacked from worked there. I felt like my grip strength could crush a watermelon. - some hard working employees that were super chill and precious souls. - There is supposed to be some really nice benefits for those who stay for a longer period of time. 2-3 months I think.

      Cons

      - It is a very hard job physically and timing wise. Very early.
