      Pros

There are no Pros to being a PT Sup,

      Cons

The way you are treated is a disgrace. Code of Ethics violations all over the board. No one cares or respects you like a person. Treat PT Sups treated like machines not people. Management will squeeze all your energy and what's left of an integrity you have out of your body and terminate you for caring about the hourly union workers.
