What are perks and other benefits like at US Foods?

Pay is getting better, benefits and work/personal life balance is good.

Pay raises need to continue in order to gain new talent and maintain current talent. Specifically, driver talent. Management doesn’t seem to be able to fix issues reported by drivers. Per diem hasn’t been updated in over 20 years. Doesn’t cover meals anymore.

Good benefits and flexibility. Also a great team to work with.

Executive leadership is too focused on pinching pennies in the wrong places.
