      Pros

Great WFH policy, amazing co workers, work life balance, good pay

      Cons

Used to be the place to work at many years ago. Incredible leadership, team outings, lots of training for upward mobility but now there is no clear direction. There have been so many layoffs which makes zero sense when earnings and results have been nothing but great. The direction they say they are headed doesn't make any sense, zero accountability on leadership, and zero transparency. So much for the culture activation a few months ago, we have lost so many talented individuals due to the incompetence of leadership.

      Pros

Co-workers you work with are very nice and benefits they provide are nice too. Some roles can be remote so that you can work from home.

      Cons

Difficult to progress without the fear of downsizing or being let go. Sending jobs across seas and laying off entire departments. Over the years the benefits have been less compared to previous years. the programs needed to complete your work don't always work. Which can put a lot of strain on your day.

      Pros

The building is nice, but appearances seemed to be all that mattered.

      Cons

At first glance the company seemed progressive and highly organized. The first day on-site it was apparent that they did not prioritize the quality of an employees experience in the slightest. Another company that proved employees can complete their jobs remotely during COVID but chooses to ignore all logic and slowly but surely removed opportunities to work from home day by day (first it was return to the office and WFH 3 days, then it became in-office 3 days.) It was apparent that their need to fill a big expensive building was more important than employee satisfaction.
