      Pros

      - Professional and efficient work environment - Merit-based growth - Clean, beautiful, and optimized facilites - Bonus programs that include annual performance, sales goals and profit sharing

      Cons

      - Office dress code is "strict" (no jeans, no tennis shoes; business coat/jacket is a must for women if they wear pants) - No WFH unless approved by higher-ups - No medical leave unless illness/accident is incapacitating (vacation days, PTOs, are used to stay home unther the wording of "at the discretion of the employee" if they are sick but the company doesn't think it's valid as medical leave)

      Pros

      Pay, Profit-sharing bonus, okay benefits

      Cons

Super weird environment. The owners push their far-right uber conservative views on their employees by offering political lunch learns from “our political advisor.” They even sent out a survey asking who everyone was voting for in the 2024 election, absolutely bizarre and inappropriate behavior. The environment is extremely sterile and cutthroat with crazy rules. The dress code is absolutely insane, especially for women. The tiniest things are nit picked for being out of code and they have people deemed the fashion police specifically to look people who aren’t matching the dress code (which isn’t even clearly specific in the first place). It feels like your back in high school when you get brought in to a room to be told your dress is 3 inches above the knee instead of 2. You’re only allowed 5 personal items at your desk. You’re reprimanded for being on your phone at your desk even if it’s just to respond to a quick text. There’s no WFH options or any flexibility with schedule regardless of inclement weather or necessary appointments (you will be required to take PTO which is only 16 days). No sick days. They preach “work-life” balance yet they force their employees to work in office every single day and at least 45 hours a week, a lot of employees are also asked to come in on Saturday's. Overall just a terrible culture and not a good place to work, I would avoid at all costs.

      Pros

Extraordinary training; not just up front, but throughout your career. Countless opportunities to excel, and to be promoted from within. Fair management. Extremely generous perks and bonuses. Job stability. Beautiful, clean, and safe buildings. Fun work environment that is truly team-focused.

      Cons

The interview process can feel intimidating. Uline is who they are because they hire the very best candidates. Bring your A-game when you interview! Dress for success because there is a dress code at Uline once you get hired. Don't expect remote, part-time, or hybrid work; because it is not offered at Uline.

      Cons

EVERYTHING!! This was the worse place I have ever worked at. Way too many strict rules for dress code when customers don’t come inside the CS office. If you aren’t sick be prepared to use your PTO because they do not offer sicks days.

Great opportunities for growth within the company. The workplace is full of passionate people who strive to improve the company. Great job stability, tends to hold on to employees during times of economic distress. Clean work environment with benefits like a fitness center, corporate cafe, and well maintained walking paths on campus.

      Cons

Strict employee dress code and personal cube guidelines. No flexible work from home options, strictly in office. High expectations can lead to burnout or high stress at work. No paternity leave options.

      Cons

Dress code is a joke. No one really likes their job, but needs it. Recruiters are robotic and won't speak hire good talent.Managers are a revolving door. They keep posting jobs for the same role because they know they need to backfill in a few months due to turn over. LI$z, don't get started..

      Pros

the "battle pay"; your co-workers; bonuses.

      Cons

Besides the obvious issues—like requiring even salaried employees to punch a clock purely for monitoring purposes, constant cubicle audits over meaningless things, and an outdated dress code enforced by the infamous “dress code police” who literally walk around with a clipboard targeting employees (especially younger women)—the biggest problem at Uline is the culture. The environment is built on fear. Management wants employees to fear leadership, fear rules, and even fear each other. Employees are encouraged to report on one another, and loyalty to leadership matters more than integrity or competence. There is a strong culture of favoritism, where brown-nosers who treat the Uihleins like royalty are rewarded, even when they are clearly in the wrong. I worked under a manager who repeatedly lied to his own boss about his direct reports. When employees wanted to leave because of him, he was promoted instead of held accountable. In one case, he lied about a direct report and attempted to put her on a PIP until she produced email records proving his dishonesty. The company ultimately had to pay that employee nearly $100,000, and he was still promoted again. Why? Because men can get away with almost anything there, while women are scrutinized constantly. That is not an exaggeration. I personally watched a woman be fired for so-called “repeated dress code violations” that were completely fabricated. Later, management told everyone it was due to “performance issues,” changing the story entirely. After I left, they did the same thing with my own situation, despite the fact that I have written proof in my separation request documenting exactly what happened. If you are a woman in a higher-paid role, expect resistance from male leadership. Promotions are dangled in front of you year after year with promises that you are “on track,” only for excuses, moving goalposts, or outright lies to appear every time promotion season arrives. Meanwhile, men are promoted without the same scrutiny or resistance. My former manager repeatedly lied to me directly and professionally. It was a masterclass in manipulation and self-preservation at the expense of employees.
