The office happened to be pretty close to my house, so the commute was short The job tasks themselves were easy

All of them. Everything. This place treats its employees like brain damaged children. There is no empathy, no recognition that the employees are humans that have lives outside of WORK WORK WORK, and no attempt to offer the bare minimum of benefits or acceptable working conditions. The leadership does not care about employees or clients, this is just a warm body factory with MASSIVE turnover. DO NOT accept a job with this or any other BPO unless you have no other options whatsoever. There is no reason for any of the jobs they offer to be done in an office, they could all be done from home, but they force people to come into an office just to compound their misery.
