Pros
Perks (skiing for work, free shift meals, good discount programs) and health benefits were decent.
Cons
Often worked six days a week, annual bonuses are typically less than your bi-weekly paycheck and not dependent on individual performance. Managers also have to fill on-site HR roles since that department is 100% remote. Can take a long time to solve simple issues. Pay for F&B staff compared to non-resort companies is mediocre for hours worked.
