They changed the onboarding process and it has been a complete disaster. Their “town halls” are full of insulting lies about how well it’s going. Those of us helping employees and managers know how awful it is and we’re expected to act like it’s working. The 25/26 season is going to be a logistical mess when they outsource HR. It’s amazing that the company has achieved the success it has, given the incompetency of upper management.
