Good work life balance good opportunities to move ability to intern within the company at times the two bonus system is nice and there is still somewhat focus on client facing solutions as opposed to money driving solutions

They hire upper management they’re not qualified

Some roles can become repetitive

Tuition reimbursement, good health insurance, plenty of PTO, plenty of people your age that you can make friends with.

All the managers are stupid and not diverse. They did not get to their positions on merit. You will only grow your career so far unless you're part of the inner circle.

-Once you are past the IC5 roles, the S1 roles and up are great in terms of pay/work life balance/ growth opportunities

Base pay is slightly lower

Great organization, excellent products, Campus is excellent, good cafeteria, thought through processes

Racist, company is mostly Caucasian. work from office does not have much meaning, growth opportunities and focus on white people

My role allows for great work life balance (what I personally value and prioritize). Also, opportunities to continue to learn and grow.

Not much opportunity for promotions and not much opportunities for crew members in different roles to share ideas to evolve and innovate in my specific department.

Great place to grow a career.

They could be more flexible.

The pay is decent and better than most financial institutions with similar jobs.

No upward mobility in certain roles.
