      Pros

I have a passion for the work. There are good people and culture on the right teams. Often seen where people have built social capital and invested in one another.

      Cons

Layoffs and metric based focus is quickly changing the culture. Managers told employees to push more code than help teach others. You know you’re being tracked but lack of clarity how so everyone just assumes the worst.
