Schedule can be hectic sometimes, deliverables can be vague, some managers don't want to take responsibility.

Good company to work for and have the opportunity to work on high profile projects.

Leadership is very toxic. You are just a number, which can be a good thing, but it also means that they have no problem replacing people with cheaper labor. Leadership is constantly changing processes and it's very hard to ever know what's going on, or what you're job truly entails.

It is hard to get a rise, very corporate, depends on your supervisor to have flexibility , some teams get better treatment and perks because of nice managers
