What is working from home like at WSP?

Great work from home culture and flexibility. They also offer a good amount of PTO and great health coverage.

Though there is lots of flexibility, the salary could be better.

Very corporate and formal, requires very ‘corporate’ speak, hr is pretty much an email which is not approachable at all, not great with handling disputes, no proper protocols or procedures in place for handling employees who abuse wfh flexibility.

Local level employees are really great to work with, flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule, opportunities to move to different cities, can bank overtime.

Only paid straight time for all overtime, no pay transparency or clear path to higher pay, hotel desk setup in most offices, extreme pressure to maximise chargeability.

Boss and colleagues are nice, work from home schedule is good

Salary a bit low, and long time stay at same company if not being promoted fast, salary will not be increased much
