For the last 18 months I work for this company. There was supposed to be for people working the positions. I worked alone. I was supposed to work 7 Days on with a cashier 6 days off. Instead I worked every single day by myself as an overnighter. This company will literally work you into a hollow husk of a human.

Competitive pay. Good paternity and maternity benefits.

The scheduler is a consistant issue for the majority of Pharmacists. The front end and pharmacy are regularly short staffed. There is no incentive for longterm employment. Vacation caps at three weeks.

If you want to retain pharmacists consider a new scheduler.
