Pros
You meet nice people, good benefits and get to work from home.
Cons
There’s a lot more cons than pros. Before COVID the company use to care about their employees and customers, now they don’t care at all about either. They’ll do whatever it takes to get money from customers even if it’s leaving out/hiding information on their website. Reps can provide feedback to management on what could help for a better experience for YEARS and they still won’t change to fix issues. Their response will always be “we’ll look into it”. They claim to care about mental health but it’s BS bc they understaff depts so reps have to take back to back calls 8 hours straight. Believe me when I say all you’ll get is screaming angry customers in your ear all day. And the issues stem from Wayfair’s disregard to change information on their site or mislead their customers. Attendance point system is unfair. If you get sick night before work and call in next day they will strike you for it. Career development is a joke. Very rarely will you see a position open to level up and even if you do they’ll most likely do layoffs of management in a specific time period. They merge departments so your department will have to do additional work for another department with no increase to pay. Pay is LOW btw even for senior agents. Training to new hires is so short they don’t know how to use the system or are unaware of many tools available to them.
