Good vacation time. Good perks and great employee discount at wayfair.com. Great engineering teams to work with, not sure if its still the case.
Cons
Horrible work life balence Huge engineering churn burning mid night oil to develop products which go no where Bad product leadership. You never know when your TDC will shutdown. Any friday can be a mass layoff day. Very bad higer leadership.
