What is health insurance like at Zendesk?

Sales can be tough. A lot of remote working making learning slow and can make the tough times even tougher.

Good pay Nice parties Extra perks like health insurance and cnps

Poor management Politics No work life balance

Great Benefits: Health insurance ( dental included), PTO, Sick pay

Burnt out, over worked, no deal going through, lots of churning customers

Direct management and peers are always looking to help you. Competitive salary and health insurance above the average.

Challenging projects with lack of senior resources.

Non to share besides standard health benefits.

Toxic leadership, especially post-PE acquisition. AE Management is horrendous across the board, specifically within the SMB space. Sinking ship where product development and customer service are almost non-existent within the Org, which is hilariously ironic/NOT ICONIC for a "CX forward" company as they'd like to present themselves. I feel terrible for those companies that currently work with or intend to implement Zendesk. For those in consideration as an Employee or potential prospects. My advice is RUN.

The company truly shocked me with the assistance and care they took for their employees. During my time there, they covered a free full therapy session, and you could get another one after some time. They gave us 12 extra PTO days throughout the year as a Mental health day, so the first Friday of every month we got the day off and time to ourselves! The benefits they provided (healthcare, etc and equipment that you could keep!) and people I worked with were great.

I can only say that when the company when private a lot of employees were sold short on stock, and the new owners fired a lot of people.
