What is working from home like at adidas?

Great working environment, in general with good growth opportunities, diversity and inclusion.

Hybrid environment, but would be even better to have more flexibility to work from home more than two days per week

Good work life balance, WFH policy

Lots of improvement required in adidas tech hub - 1. Needs a better building, the current office is dingy, dirty washrooms/parking struggle etc.. 2. Leadership team is full of ex sapients only and if you are not from sapient, you are no good. They have formed a closed group and dont let anyone else to grow. 3. Budget cuts in almost all areas so not many initiatives are running and most projects are in BAU mode only. 4. Good for those who want to have a relaxed life with no major aspirations in life.

Hybrid working model, which gives you flexibility to work from home at least.

Unrealistic high workload with no PTO which brings the stress level to the maximum. Promotion, or any career moves depend on your connections and not on the quality and knowledge of your work.

In my opinion, if you know the right people, know whats going on around you - there are many areas where you can dive into and join different projects. That brings lots of career growth opportunities. Job feels stable and not too stressful. Great work-life balance. Sports everywhere, work from home, really takes out stress and lets you focus on work when you need.

Lower salaries compared to competition. Bonuses are small or not guaranteed. Lack of direction from management.
