An outstanding company to grow and work with well-being

      Pros

dh is an excellent company to work for. It offers a great work-life balance, which allows you to maintain a healthy quality of life. The hiring process is fast and well-structured. Everyone involved is very friendly and keeps you informed throughout the process, which builds trust from the beginning. The work environment is very positive, with a company culture focused on respect, collaboration, and the well-being of both employees and clients. Without a doubt, it’s an outstanding company in every aspect.

      Cons

At the moment, I don’t have any negative comments.

      Pros

No Micromanagement: The work environment is very empowering, with no micromanagement. I have the freedom to take ownership of my tasks and projects. Great Learning Opportunities: The company offers numerous opportunities for learning and development. I have been able to enhance my skills significantly during my time here. Well-Organized: Everything is very well-organized, from project management to day-to-day operations, making the workflow smooth and efficient. Clear Communication: Communication with teammates is clear and effective. This has fostered a collaborative and supportive work environment. Agile and Transparent Hiring Process: The hiring process was very agile and transparent. It made my onboarding experience smooth and hassle-free.

      Cons

It is an hybrid job. Although it is not a huge problem, it would be amazing if employees could choose by themselves the office days and the quantity of it.

      Pros

dh is a very good organization with very good culture, onshore management is really great

      Cons

The India finance management should really look forward to hiring good people and not fill pockets for referral bonuses, secondly transparency is a very big concern, a couple of years to dh is ok, aiming for growth is only when one is good at flattery, the management even solicits and in a way tries to intimidate people for good scores in surveys, management should look at what is going on in India's referral schemes (only people referred by favorites will be hired) promotions etc.

      Pros

Joining dunnhumby has been such a positive experience. Both the recruitment and onboarding process were smooth and stress-free, which made it easy to hit the ground running. The vibe is super friendly, everyone’s helpful and genuinely wants you to succeed. You’re surrounded by really smart, passionate people, which makes every day interesting and inspiring. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, and you feel like your work actually matters. Honestly, I’m proud to be part of the team and would recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, collaborative environment.

      Cons

The company structure is quite complex, so it takes a while to learn – but everyone’s willing to help you navigate it.

      Pros

I enjoyed my co-workers and miss bouncing off ideas with them. Good 401k plan and employer match. Generous PTO/Vacation days.

      Cons

What's the point of having a performance review process if neither management nor HR ensures it's done accurately and fairly for all employees? I had to beg my manager repeatedly just to get my goals entered into the system for my review. In the end, I never even received my review—because my manager didn’t bother to submit it, and HR did absolutely nothing about it, despite multiple emails and video calls explaining the situation. Worse? My review and rating were never recorded in the system. How did I find out I failed? Not from my manager. Not from the review process. I found out when I received my compensation letter, stating I was getting neither a raise nor a bonus—because I had failed my review. This was never communicated to me properly. My manager never discussed it, never entered the review for me to read, as the system was designed to do. Instead, I was blindsided by a compensation email. This pattern repeated throughout my time at dunnhumby, during mid-year and end-of year performance reviews. Ultimately, I struggled at this company due to a complete lack of direction. In my short tenure, there were four different CEOs, constant strategy shifts, and a manager who failed to lead the team. I was left to figure things out on my own, only to be told at the end of the year that my work wasn’t good enough. It was not the right role for me. They didn’t value my skills—instead, they consistently undermined me. I’ve always been an good employee, praised for my work, curiosity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork. So, as you can imagine, my dreadful experience at dunnhumby took such a toll on my mental health that I had to seek professional help to rebuild my self-worth after the breakdown it caused. In the end, I left on my own terms because I knew nothing would change as long as my manager remained in place. HR isn't your friend. HR doesn't care. HR exists to maintain the status quo.
