One round interview, more of a conversation with a Team Lead, went through my previous customer service experience and transferrable skills from working in retail. Showed me around the office and explained the day to day responsibilities involved in the role.

Interview
Only 1 interview over MS teams, took about 30-40 minutes. Asked about my experience, told me about the role, salary, etc.
Salary offered was 24.5k, 37.5k OTE. There was also a mention of working 1 Saturday every 4-5 weeks, which could be additional pay, or choosing a day off in the following weeks.

Positive experience, meant with two people and they went through the process and interview. They told me about the job and what my day to day would look like. Really positive expeirence
