22nd Century Technologies, Inc. interview questions

Interview process took less than 30 minutes to complete. Received an offer letter the following day. It was an interview panel with three supervisors in a conference room. Interview took place in person in Alexandria VA.

More like 19th century instead of 22nd. I had a recruiter contact me for a full-time marketing temp role with a government organization local to me that they said would end in Feb. It turned out to be a part-time event logistics role to end late fall and I needed a car which I don't have. No mention of this until the Zoom interview with 4 other people. I was so embarrassed that I almost cried. It all made sense in hindsight. I had to constantly email the recruiter for basic information. I interview often, in fact, several times a week. This was one of the worst experiences ever. Also, after I emailed a few people to tell them they wanted to make it better. I hadn't heard back but I had a different recruiter text me about the same job the following week and the original recruiter sent a confidential email to me about someone else's temp assignment. Utter incompetence. Avoid!
