The company has a very high turn over of employees hence they are always quick to hire. They will hire you within a week or on the same day. They also do not give you time to read your offer letter. They want you to sign ASAP, if you ask them for sometime to read over the contract before signing it. They will say let us know if you are not taking it we have other people we can hire. The signing process will be rushed.
