The interview process was completed via web cam. I met with my potential boss. Then had a follow up interview with their boss. Each interview invovled answering questions about my background.

Interview
I went through 2 rounds of interviews via Zoom. Then I had a design test. The process was enjoyable and took less than 2 weeks. From the first interview, I clicked with the interviewers very quickly from discussing work processes to our fears of birds. They were also very understanding and compassionate as I had a death in the family during that time, so they pushed back interviews and gave me as much time as I needed for my design test. They encouraged family first. During the interviews, they were very open and spent a lot of time explaining who they were and what the role would be as well as wanting to know more about me and my goals.
