You go through multiple staff members for the interview. You will have time to give all of your good assets along with challenges you face. The overall interview process can be lengthy but thorough. HR is very good at hiring and do a good job with the interview process. They also do a few online tests to see how compatible you are for the job.

Interview
Three interviews, first one from a recruiter and two from market managers of different markets. For field consultant position, an employee must work as a manager of a company store for a year to gain experience
2 phone and 1 in person. Phone interviews lasted an hour. In person an hour as well. Process wasn’t difficult compared to other companies. Dress business for the interview. Each in person is regionalized

I was called for an Over the phone interview. during this time I was Asked basic SMART guided questions. Afterwards I was Asked for a salary base recommendation- based on what I made prior and what I would want. They Followed up with another interview
