9CV9 interview questions

Was told to create a profile on 9cv9 as they couldn’t view CV’s any other way. Then I was told to create my CV on their CV platform. After jumping through hoops and spending time on their sub-par site, I thought I could REALLY add value here, I submitted my details only to be told that if I’m selected I’ll hear back, but nothing if I wasn’t selected. After spending the better part of 2 hours perfecting my profile(s) - nothing. If you have to ask someone to update profiles on different sites to apply for a job, please have the decency to respond with constructive feedback. Usually I’d say that feedback wouldn’t be needed with no conversation. However, after understanding their process, feedback should definitely be considered if a candidate is sent to this stage of the process after originally submitting their CV. Poor form. I think it’s a stunt to up their subscription numbers which is also terrible form …
