Interview with Recruiter and 1st round hiring manager by phone/zoom. Heavy emphasis on metrics and slightly mixed messages about the role and duties- felt like main role is to be administrative backup to the Senior Advisors who are overwhelmed and don't have time to return phone calls/fully do their role with the care communities in the network (customers)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at A Place for Mom in Mar 2022
Interview
After applying I was contacted for a video interview with recruiter. This was a standard screening/qualification interview. Following that interview I had a subsequent video interview with the hiring manager which was more job specific. She was very positive and spoke in future tense as if she was interested in hiring me for the position. I was contacted the next day to set up two additional video interviews with C-level executives. I went out of my way to accommodate these interviews and feel as though the interview process should never reach 4th interview if an offer is not intended. Furthermore if your are asking a candidate to invest the time for four interviews you should as least respect them enough to offer a personalized rejection call or email with individualized feedback.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at A Place for Mom
Interview
I had a fairly straightforward interview process; one with a recruiter, one peer interview, one with the hiring manager and one with a VP (though I did not have the final interview). No questions were out of the ordinary and pretty easy to answer. The process took over a month, but part of that was my own scheduling conflicts. Overall it was a good experience and seems like a very organized company to work for.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at A Place for Mom
Interview
I went through a long and tedious process. Many rounds of interviews (around 5 or 6) for spanning weeks...without being hired. I believe the interview process should be condensed, while still being thorough, s o individuals do not waste their time and efforts
