Recruiter (contractor) messaged me through LinkedIn, scheduled a 30 minute 1:1 to assess my viability for the role. Interview was short and straightforward, although she did ask me what my pay is at my current job. This was followed by an in person interview with their operations director and CTO. That interview was an hour, they went through a list of questions to assess my experience managing custom dev projects and asked the standard questions about stakeholder, scope, conflict, and resource management. I received positive feedback from the recruiter and was told I’d hear something the following week. I pressed for updates two weeks later and was told they’re still making a decision. I pressed again two weeks after that and received no response. Huge waste of time and energy.
