The position was originally done through a contractor before being hired full time by the company. After a phone interview there was an in person interview with HR and 3 people from the team the role would be part of.
Application, then screening with recruiter, then phone call with hiring manager than onsite visit. After the visit, I received a verbal offer a few days later, shortly followed by the written.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ABB (Warminster, PA) in Aug 2018

Online interview via Hirevue. 15 mintues with four questions. 20 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to answer. "Why this position? Most recent professional experience? Etc." No need to prepare just answer honestly.

I received an email from a recruiter who thought my skills would help me with the position through email. She double checked some information from my resume and then conducted a phone interview with my hiring manager within a week.
