Interview
Met with the plant manager and HR, interview was more of a discussion and very smooth, they made me feel comfortable. Had a second interview the week after with a manager and a director which was smooth also.
Good process, good experience, nice interviewer and excellent corporate culture, employee motivation, and structural interview process. I strongly recommend this organization with brilliant corporate responsibility and care for employees. Therefore, I think it is good to attend the interview.

Panel interview - four interviewers. Provided a list of questions prior to interview to prepare responses on and requested a powerpoint presentation to cover the responses. Interview was scheduled for an hour and overran this time by a few minutes. Overall, panel was friendly but some questions felt like they were leading questions. It also seemed that they had already decided on a candidate.
