I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ABM Industries
Interview
The recruiter was great, but the hiring manager’s description of the position responsibilities did not reflect anywhere near the job posting, so much so that I had to ask whether I was there for the same position I applied. Hiring manager left after 25 minutes and came back after 30 minutes (I was talking with a different manager during this time). Despite being told I would be told something within a week, received absolutely no feedback and its been 6 weeks. Very poorly handled all the way around

Question 1
Even though there are over 130,000 people that work for ABM, we only care about 9,000 - 10,000. The others we only care that they have a pulse and can legally work in the U.S. How would you handle this type of situation? They really asked this question with the dehumanizing prelude.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ABM Industries
Interview
i was referred by a friend. there was not a formal interview process in place. their lead recruiter could not be bothered to keep in contact with me. what an unsat situation.
they put my name and resume in front of the client and it was accepted and then i went through a long process of filling out forms that their HR lost several times. if it would not have been for the salary I would have never accepted the offer.
