Got a technical bring home test. Test was interesting and fun.
Had an online conversation with two persons. They were friendly and positive.
The final interview was with the engineering manager who was friendly also.

I applied via Linkedin, first round was the HR interview, followed by the interview with the manager for the team.
Both were really nice with very professional people.
After that a take home challenge was shared.
I chose to stop the interview there.
Advies aan het management: Verbeter de sollicitatieprocedure
Het is aan te raden de sollicitatieprocedure, en dan met name de communicatie met kandidaten, serieus onder de loep te nemen en te optimaliseren. Een wachttijd van 2,5 maanden vóór een uitnodiging voor een gesprek is in de huidige arbeidsmarkt simpelweg te lang. Sneller handelen kan helpen om toptalent aan te trekken en te behouden.
