I met the recruiter at the career fair and gave him my resume and talked a bit about the company. They had me sign into an iPad and I got a request to apply for a certain position on their portal. I did not hear back for a week or two then I saw the same recruiter in front of my class one day as he was there for the employer of the day event at my school. He scheduled me for an interview in the same school building for later that week. I interviewed with a Senior Application Developer, which went rather well as it was more conversational. Soon after the interview (~ 1 week) I got an invitation to the onsite. The interviewer proceeded to ask me about the technologies I have worked with and questioned me on the projects listed on my resume. Then she asked my the standard interview questions. The thing that really made me interested in ADP was their culture. It was pretty apparent that they meant diversity when I visited their office. They were celebrating Diwali by doing Diya competitions and I was told they celebrate multiple other festivals. They are also huge on WiT.
